We are able to offer site surveys and recommendations to enable budgets to be set for modernisation of existing equipment in line with ongoing performance demands as well as changes in legislation.
Our management IT systems have been designed to provide quick and accurate reports to provide feedback of our services and response times and are always available to you.

- Timed and measured call response times are built in to our service level agreement with you - measured in hours not days.

Service level agreements (planned maintenance)
- Our support contracts are never vague and detail how many visits we will make each year.
- We even tell you how long we will be on site.
- All site works are recorded in record packs held on site, these include site diary and risk and method statements of what we have done and plan to do
Upgrading existing equipment
- In response to changes in legislation or operational need there will be occasions where the upgrading or replacement of equipment is required.
- We will provide you with a full technical report offering advice and recommendations in line with the latest legislation and recommendations.
- The report will also provide fixed costs to enable budgets to be prepared going forward.
